Are you looking for a dynamic and custom experience that supports the conscious evolution of your your team? Together we will breakthrough the complexity and challenges inherent within teams to harness the collective possibilities and inherent gifts within your team.

3-6 months. 4-phases. Deep Partnership.

  • The team’s leader will ignite the process by scheduling an exploratory session to ensure we’re the right fit for each other.

    Before the conversation, the leader will receive an initial “why” reflection to clarify the current state of the team, contributing factors to the current state, and define what an ideal outcome of the work will be. The initial insights will be reviewed to determine the next steps.

    •Once a decision is made to move forward, a Deep Discovery session is scheduled to chart the team’s transformational path forward.

    •If now is not the right time to work together, the leader will leave the conversation with a stronger sense of what the team needs and self-guided actions to support greater team consciousness.

  • To fuel our work together and accelerate the team’s effectiveness, an assessment experience will be chosen that aligns with the desired outcomes. Assessments may include one or more of the following:

    • Collective Leadership Assessment

    Each assessment includes a comprehensive team report, individual reports for each team member, and evergreen resources that supports the team in utilizing the insights during workplace interactions.

  • Building on the momentum generated from the assessment, the team will move into the alchemical aspect of the work - a facilitated team development experience. This is where we use the source material from the workplace - team set-backs and successes - to experiment with new perspectives, counter-intuitive thinking, and innovative approaches that create the conditions for a conscious team break-through.

    •Facilitated sessions offered in 6, 12, and 18-hour increments and can be delivered virtually, in-person, or hybrid.

  • To solidify the work, the team leader schedules an integration session.

    Prior to the conversation, each team member completes a reflection that illuminates the team’s conscious transformation. The data from the reflection will be synthesized and shared with the leader during the integration session. This session will inform what happens next.

    •Leaders reignite the four phases of Alchemic Facilitation to build on the initial work or explore other offerings that will deepen the team’s conscious transformation.

    •If now is not the right time to continue in this work, the leader and team will be invited to continue living in the evolved perspectives in the workplace laboratory– seeing how that continues to expand the humanization of the workplace.

Here we’ll be, together, in a container. I’ll facilitate the workability of the environment, and hold space for each group member with individual coaching. This way, each member will have a self-reveal about how they may be impacting the system, in whatever way that looks like.
