Experiment 2 | INTEGRATIVE LEADERSHIP™ COACHING EXPERIENCE

Embark on the second experiment to become a measurably more Integrative Leader™ in this 9-week online cohort-based coaching experience.
This immersive experience will support you in becoming a measurable more Integrative Leader™, while developing meaningful relationships with other conscious leaders.Investment: $1450

Week 1 - Launch Leadership Circle 360
Feedback from others is solicited to gain insight into how one is currently manifesting as a leader. The 360 assessment will lift the veil on one’s creative leadership competencies, reactive tendencies and indicators of Integrative Leadership™.
Week 2 - Cohort Orientation
60-minute orientation session to review and align on the key aspects of the Integrative Leadership™ coaching experience. During this interactive session, new connections will be forged across the cohort.
Week 3 - Integrative Leadership™ Model Application
Exploration of the Integrative Leadership™ Model, by applying the insights to one’s current type of leadership through a series of self-reflection activity.
Week 4 - 360 Debrief
90-minute, one-on-one 360 debrief session with an assigned coach. Uncover valuable perspectives and feedback that will contribute to one’s leadership evolution. Become aware of conscious and unconscious mindsets that may be influencing one’s leadership approach.
Week 5 - Field Experiments
Using the insights from the 360 debrief and the model embodiment, leaders will design a series of self-transforming experiments that will open the door to becoming more conscious in one’s interactions with Self, Others, and Life.
Week 6 -Small Group Coaching
90-minute small group coaching session to share and get feedback on one’s field experiments, while creating a supportive connection across the cohort.
Week 8 - Cohort Integration
60-minute close-out session recognizing the cohort’s collective learning and charting a compelling path toward deepening one’s Integrative Leadership™.

Experiment 3 | INTEGRATIVE LEADER™ IMMERSION

6-month cohort-based, immersion experience that begins with an Integrative Leadership™ retreat, followed by online cohort-based coaching that will challenge and champion you to step more fully into Integrative Leadership™.
