The first offering to come out of The Laboratory is Experiments in Integrative Leadership™, a cohort-based, 3-phase transformational experience for change-makers committed to becoming more conscious leaders that humanize the workplace for generations to come.
The 3 phases are Self, Others and Life.
Phase 1 | Self - The path of integrated consciousness begins when the invitation to look within is accepted. Self is the foundational experiment that ignites the path of Integrative Consciousness.

Phase 2 | Others - The second phase is an exploration of our unconscious patterns and integration of the inherent shadow of interacting with the many systems we are part of. The second phase strengthens and elevates one’s ability to stay centered in facing inherent VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) in the world.

Phase 3 |Life – The final phase is about harnessing the creative energy of a powerful community of change-makers to consciously transform the world - shifting the way we, and the systems we are part of, engage with our planet.

You will ignite your Experiment in Integrative Leadership™ by attending an interactive webinar to explore phase 1, the Self.
If now is the right time to expand your conscious, you will be invited to register for the upcoming leader cohort.
If now is not the right time for this work, you will walk away with a complimentary resource to spark your conscious evolution as a human being.

To accelerate your conscious evolution, you will go through a Leadership Circle 360 assessment experience to harness your creative, regenerative leadership behaviors and shine the light on the impact of destructive, reactive leadership tendencies that hold you back from your full leadership potential.
The assessment experience includes a comprehensive 360 report and one-on-one integrative coaching to fuel the creation of a personalized integrative consciousness map. -
Building on the momentum generated from the 360 assessment experience, you will move into the alchemical aspect of the work by drafting a personalize Integrative Consciousness Map to guide your future leadership approach.
Your Integrative Leadership™ Map will be shared during a small group coaching session, generating new perspectives and innovative approaches. Each leader will come away from this powerful session with the source material to evolve their maps and deep connections other conscious leaders.

We will solidify Self, with a final cohort integration session. During the session, each leader will share their personalized Integrative Leadership™ Map, elevating the collective consciousness of the cohort.
After we honor the path we have traveled together, we will explore the next phase of the consciousness journey - Others. You will have the option to:
